Natalia and husband Yuri were sitting out front of their home in Trifonivka on Oct 28 when a Russian shell landed in the middle of the house obliterating it . The dove for cover behind a wall but Natalia suffered a head wound . Ukrainian soldiers gave her first aid tried to put out fire , they lost everything except for their livestock in the shed behind . They’re hoping for Govt money, which they applied for but aren’t expecting much .
Happy to hear the news of Kherson being liberated . But even happier they were in October . When the soldiers arrived she was shaking with joy for days and cooking for the soldiers, Natlalia had “ never been so happy“.
Natalia is scared now as the Russians have been pushed back they can’t hear their artillery firing only when it’s incoming .
The doctor that had treated her wounds told her that it was their “ second birthday “ as it had been such a close call .
3 or four days ago last shells .
