13 yr old Naji Nasser lost his leg to a landmine .

The orthopaedic ward in a hospital in the government held town of Marib , over 100 miles from the county's capital Sanaa which is in the hands of the Houthi rebels .
The country has been in the midst of a civil war since 2015 when the President Abdrabbuh Mansur Hadi was forced to flee . A Saudi led coalition with 9 other Arab states named "Operation Decisive Storm " has since sought to restore Hadi with little effect .
